Was in a serious bind with a blown tire at home and a missing piece to get the locking lug nuts off. Ran to O’Reilly before they closed, not sure of the size of the piece I needed, and Brennan suggested I buy a few pieces to find the one that fits and just bring back the ones that didn’t. Great, proactive and customer friendly idea. Brought it back the next day, forgot my receipt, and the other guy that helped me (feel bad I didn’t get his name) couldn’t have been more helpful and quicker with getting me the refund on my card. GREAT TEAM!
