My prescriptions are never ready! It's frustrating because they could save me alot of gas had they answer their phone, but they never do! I've had no choice but to drive there & this happened a few times ! When I do, they give me the run around! " I don't see it here . What medicine are you expecting? I see it now and it is currently being processed. It will be ready tomorrow" as if gas is cheap!. Definitely don't recommend this location! Poor service all around and I'm sure they do not care.

Getting help from anyone at this location can't happen because they never answer the phone. My insurance has advised that they will only pay for certain prescriptions of mine if I get it from CVS. What a sick joke. You can't get anyone from corporate on the phone either. Waiting on the phone for over an hour and I have no choice about where I get my medicine? What is wrong with the medical industry and those that are supposed to be in the pharmaceutical care business? No choices and no service and prescriptions filled late. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a part of the medical industry.

This is the 3rd time this location has not had my prescription ready when they were supposed to. I even gave them 2 fulls days to have it ready and they still didn’t have it ready. I had a medication I have to start taking today and now I can’t. The dude was so rude and kept giving short answers with no explanation and no solutions. Drive further and go somewhere better, they don’t care about your health. Management should be ashamed.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever!!! The are horrible!! The wait times are insane. I called them the other day and was on hold for 45 minutes. What a complete joke this place is. They just don't care. I use them because I am only about a mile away but let me tell you. I am done with this worthless place. I will definitely be looking for someplace that just has half way decent service. Most of the time when I go in it is not uncommon to see customer throw their hands in the air, raise their voice, and express their frustration. Great job CVS management!!
