The place is very clean all public storage that I have visited which we have a nation wide account I visit six to ten public storage a week but every manager and there employees are the best

Jon was phenomenal! Kind and comfortable to work with! We had used Public Storage in the past but his customer service has exceeded our expectations! The facility is secure and well kept! Definitely comfortable with choosing them!

John's level of customer service was above and beyond helpful. I needed a lock cut (I lost my keys) then cleaned out a unit I've had for over a year. I downsized to a smaller unit and he found me one on the same floor and had all the info ready and waiting while I was moving. The process was smooth and painless. John had a great attitude and had very helpful tips along the way that saved me money. Thanks John!

They can cut it but there is an added fee. I believe its $35.00. I would call to confirm since a manager has to be the one to do it as well.
You need to call them directly. Businesses check in on Google comments as they can, but this platform is more for asking others what opinions they have about a business.
