I droped off two RXs at 3:00 pm this afteroon and was told they would be ready in an hour. I returned to Walgreens exactly at 4:00 pm was told the Precriptions were not yet ready. The Pharmacy Tech told me that she would inform the person responsible for preparing the RX that I was here and waiting. She then instructed me to "Have a seat, it will be just a few minutes." Forty minutes later (4:40 pm) I went back up to the window and inquired about my prescription. The Phamacy Tech looked into the BOX marked W and there it was. I asked her just how long has that RX been in that box when you were supposed to call me up to the window when it was ready. She replies, "Oh, we are SHORT HANDED" today" like that is supposed to be a satisfactory answer. It's an EXCUSE, and the MAXIMUM EFFECTIVE RANGE OF AN EXCUSE IS "ZERO METERS"!!! I will be taking my business to CVS Pharmacies from now on!

I absolutely love this pharmacy and the staff. They fill prescriptions in a timely manner and are always pleasant. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacy at Fry's off Bell and Reems. I am so happy I found a reliable and caring pharmacy that are understanding and non-judgemental.
