Ordered via app, said it would be ready at 5:09pm. Arrived, order wasnt provided until 5:26pm. While other orders after mine were provided.. (my order was #67... orders in the 80s were given out prior to mine). Need more staff. Good food tho. Just prepare to wait.

My family and I all like Popeyes & I usually spend quite a bit of $ when I go there(Probably about $70 or more), however they have now removed 1 of the sides & 2 biscuits from each family meal, no the prices haven't lowered but now you get less for your $, my family & I also like Canes although their prices have gone up but I still get more for my $ & love there food as well. So I guess I'm going to have to say goodbye to Popeyes and spend my $ @ Canes until Popeyes makes some changes. So just be aware there menus boards haven't changed as I was notified in the drive thru but they will let you know.

I got a 3pc tender combo meal. They didn’t put gravy on the mashed potato and forgot to give me dipping sauce. The Mac and cheese was gross.

Ordered a meal with large sweet tea, got unsweetened tea instead. Told the person at the drive-thru, she gave me a second cup (medium), half ways, not full. As we start driving, the second drink I got was unsweetened tea as well. Went inside the store and to my surprise they had no sweet tea. Why not tell the customers there's no sweet tea? Every single time I've gone to this restaurant, the service has been horrible. I don't like leaving reviews, but this restaurant needs some improvement.
