Came to this location to drop off a prepaid package. Didn't receive a greeting, instead the old woman with dyed red hair decided to take sip of her drink and roll her eyes at me. I didn't say anything just put my package on the scale with the prepaid slip on top. Usually the reps will put the documents in the envelope and this woman does not and states put your documents in the envelope. Then she throws the receipt. This location is disappointing and lacks professionalism. Not to mention dirty.

The store is usually very busy, but that's a good thing. I've been doing business there for over 10 years and could not be more satisfied.

I go there because the proximity of the place I do have a lot of returns to Amazon, which says for some returns we don't have to pack or use the original box just bring your item and the ups store do the rest. sometimes I do that if I lost the packaging most of the time I put everything back in the box I received it. Last time I did it I put everything back in the box but din't tape the box, and they ask me to pay for the tape which I refused if they have a problem with amazon not paying for the all return this is not my problem, and the blonde person in her 30 or 40's is not very kind or customer service oriented. If you don't like this job go find another one. I know the pandemic now is a great excuse for the lack of customer service but still, if no customer = no business!

This store and every employee that I've worked with go above and beyond. They are more than courteous, they take care of each of us with all the care of being with just you regardless of how busy it is. I always enjoy their sense of humor and how well they know their jobs. I love that they allow the individual to decide whether or not to wear a mask and make it clear. There are many other stores to choose from so if you really need to see the employees wearing a mask I'd suggest you go down the street rather than insisting on imposing your wishes on them. We are a still a free society with the ability to choose and I for one appreciate that consideration. If you want great service with a great attitude and a smile then this is your store.
