Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The waitress April was a superb host, the manager Peter made us feel welcomed as well. Will definitely go back soon!!! Did I even mention the delectable food that was served?? Every bite big and small was full of rich flavors that I've never experienced at a restaurant before. Enjoyed our family outing!!!

If I could give Texas Roadhouse 0 stars, I 1000% would. We went out to dinner tonight hoping to enjoy a delicious meal on a Friday night. We received the complete opposite. We began with the blooming onion that was more flour than actual onion. The onion was cut into really small portions where all you could taste is the flour and you get very little onion. Maybe cut the onion into bigger pieces to where you can actually have the onion. We proceeded with our main course, I ordered a filet steak, medium rare, my steak came out rare. I ordered my steak with sautéed onions and I was given mushrooms. My husband ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare and got his steak well done. It looked like his steak was thrown in the microwave because it wasn't thawed out enough and then thrown on the grill, causing it to not only be overcooked but chewy as well. The most terrible steak we have ever received at a restaurant. What a complete waste of time and money. This is not the first Texas Roadhouse that we have been to that has been absolutely terrible (and that is an understatement) , where every single time our steaks have come out wrongfully cooked. I know that losing us as customers means nothing to this corporation because they are always busy. Texas Roadhouse, if you really care about your customers and your reputation... be better and do better.

The food was great. We had a nice server but after being told about 15-20 minute wait we sat waiting for 43 minutes. Got in and was sat right next to the bathroom which grosses me out in any restaurant. The music was literally so loud we couldnt hear eachother. Basically read my husbands lips to know what he was saying. Since i really Do like their food, I'll just do take out next time.
