My husband just came back from the post office and there was only one person behind the counter. It was very short staffed! Many people in line and walking out disgusted with packages, etc. they wanted to mail. Why can't there be another front counter person available in the middle of the day??

Everytime I come in here they act like they have no idea what’s going on. The one guy(James) is always so rude and talks to you like a child. Bad customer service skills. Don’t allow people to make appts and then tell them there isn’t the staff here so I have to wait. If you see appts are made then staff properly.

Easy parking, has a nearby traffic light on 38, usually a short line in the lobby, a drive up mailbox, and outside mailboxes for when they are closed. There is a short connecting road from there to a shopping center with a Dollar Tree that sells greeting cards. So it is easy to get a card, fill it out in the car, mail it from that Post Office, and then use the traffic light to go north or south on 38. One caution, visibility when backing out of a parking space is not good, so back out slowly until you can see.

Spoke to Jeff for a last minute appointment and told to come in. The gentlemen that does the passports was treat. Professional and courteous and was super helpful and didn't make a fuss about a last minute passports at 3:15 for our infant. I wish I got his name. Great experience!
