Andy is great. I lived next door to the 3 bad reviewers. The owner was the problem. Andy had to stop working with the owner for being such of a slumlord who wouldn't pay for repairs. As soon as the unhappy tenants moved out the owner found another renter who is very angry and taking it out on her new property manager. At least you know he will only work with owners who take care of their property and tenants, sometimes you don't know what landlords are like until they have to pay for something.

Andy was able to help find great tenants, and handle repairs while I was in the process of moving out of state. Since then, it has been no news, which is good news. I have received payment on time every month. Definitely recommend.
