I have used this company for years for my pump supplies. I understand they have been purchased by another company. My last 2 orders with them have been completely messed up. When you rely on a company for your life saving supplies and they keep messing up, it's hard to say they are a good company. I am also not a fan of speaking to someone in a foreign country who has access to all of medical information in a call center. Maybe the language barrier is why my orders keep getting messed up. Not a fan any longer. Would not recommend.

Worst company ever! With all these terrible reviews, how are they still in business? I've been going around w/ them for weeks trying to get my address changed and my insurance updated. They will never confirm that your order has been delayed (or not coming at all). After placing my order for my sensors, after 5 days I'm wondering where my shipment is, only to be told there was an issue. Then my sensor died and I was left without for 10 days - keep getting the run around. If you don't call them, they don't call you! Time is of the essence with our diabetes supplies people!!! I spoke with several people there and no one helped at all. Ketrina, Christine 1, Christine 2, Elizabeth, Jeanine. They say they will call back, they don't. I was told to by Jeanine to "call me back tomorrow to confirm the order" and when I did only to find she was on vacation - an outright lie to my face. It wasn't until I raised my voice that people started listening. NEVER AGAIN! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL COMPANY. I am a type one diabetic that is also on a budget, that being said before buying I asked for an EXACT price I would be paying for an insulin pump. After paying the desired amount requested up front, I was sent a bill in the mail for $570, when I called to question this bill no one had an exact reason as to why I was being charged this amount. Mind you they stated this was an EXACT amount and I was all set, it is still not resolved and it is next to impossible to reach a representative over the phone.

I’ll start by saying the only reason I didn’t give this review a 0 star was for those rare individuals that I was able to get ahold of when clearing up their systematic issues for every order I’ve made. I asked multiple times to be in contact with a member of management to discuss my issues before going public but those requests were shot down so here we are. There is a large communication gap within their internal systems and a lack of urgency when dealing with such critical equipment. Their online interface for collecting orders has never worked and I’ve even had confirmations from their customer service that it isn’t perfect. There is no confirmation of receipt until 24hrs before shipment (and that’s if they even processed the order). Their ability to communicate between the prescribing doctor & insurance is non existent. There was a question on an updated prescription that was resolved same day. NHME did not check in on their requests and held the order until I did their job of receiving the confirmations from insurance which they had been given 4 days prior. Just last week I had to take a half day from work and personally drive to their facility to get my supplies due to their poor performance. If you can use another supplier I highly recommend doing so. I know I will be.

I would not do business with them. I've been with them since 12/2021 and have yet to get an accurate bill or supply order. They do not return phone calls, send inaccurate bills and when I managed to get thru to billing, I was told to ignore the bill and when they get insurance payment, they will re-bill the accurate amount. The next month, I got a late notice.
Sorry we do not Anne, We only handle diabetes supplies.
I'm not sure but it wouldn't hurt to call them and ask.
I am sure rental would depend on the equiment and your insurance. You will get good service just call them and they will help you and answer all your questions.
