The customer service and expertise is amazing here! They re-purposed and custom designed a new engagement ring for me using my Grandmother's diamond. It is so special and a design I absolutely love. When I had to get it resized they were very helpful and efficient. I can't recommend them enough for unique jewelry, redesigning old family heirlooms, or buying something special.

I just want to start off with the fact I am a small business owner myself, an Esthetician that works down the street from Bernard’s! I learned about this jeweler through literally almost EVERY single client of mine, telling me how much they loved this jeweler and how incredible everyone was inside! I ended up taking their words for it and went in for our wedding bands, the second I walked in I was welcomed with ear to ear smiles by everyone there! While we were looking at rings the owner and her daughter were extremely informative and helpful (even told us buying a man’s wedding band that was 400$ Wasn’t something he should do because of the job he’s in working with his hands and such) we ended up buying him an 80$ one instead that was LITERALLY PERFECT!!!! That right there showed me how genuine this small business is, it’s not about the money - it’s about the clients happiness and to save where they can!!! We purchased both our bands there and couldn’t be happier with them, and BERNARDS! I can truly say I will not be going anywhere else, and have found this small hidden gem jewelry store :) thank you guys so much!

I cannot even give a 1 Star review I called ahead to see if someone could take a look at an old family ring that is over 150 years old. I was not looking to make money I wanted to see if it was 14k or if the stones were real. Its very old. I asked for Susan she was with a customer the young gentleman look at the ring it very unique it has a Cameo on one side and it is rectangle and 4 amethyst on the other side. The gentleman thought it was pretty cool. Susan walked by saw the Cameo side never even saw the other side and said " I have better looking Cameo's in my showcase just offer her the weight of the gold" I wasn't looking for money I wanted to see if we could remove the Cameo and the stones an make either another ring or necklace something to keep in the family. She never even took the time. Apparently her customer must have been making a purchase and that was so much more important. SO Very disappointed they came highly recommended.

Was doing the typical French Toast shopping ( you know run to the store before the big storm get eggs bread and milk ) when my watch fell off my wrist. A pin fell out of the band. So I Googled jewelry store and Bernard's popped up. I stopped in presented my watch and 3 minutes later it was fixed. I asked how much they said no charge. I truly appreciate the great and courteous service. So this review is my subtle way of saying thank you. I figure if they are that attentive and personable for my watch at no charge I can only imagine they must go all out for that engagement ring or perfect gift for that special someone. So if that's you do yourself a favor and check them out.
