Dont call this office unless you feel like sitting on hold for an hour. Once Covid hit this office went to a stop! If you go there the three girls at the desk will ignore you and you still won’t be seen on time. Doctors don’t really care about what’s going on with you and take weeks to get Scritps filled

Wish I could give them less than one star!! Tried to make an appt to take out my implanted birth control. I called and waited on hold 25 mins to make an appt. Gave up and called again 2 hours later. Waited 45 mins finally scheduled appt. I get there and they scheduled me for a telehealth appt. How are they going to remove the birth control from me over the phone?? They told me I needed to reschedule my appt after waiting 25 mins to check in… I’m never coming back!!! I’d rather switch doctors and start all over than try to make an impossible appointment there again!! Do not use their office!!!!

I am on the hunt for new primary care. I used to be very happy but since my primary left the practice the new doctor has less than impressed me, from 30 min delays for a telehealth visit they schedule no apology for being late and for the whole “ give it a week and then call me back if it does not clear up on its own.” nonsense I have had my fill of this place. I don’t know if they assume you are just sitting around doing nothing but when I make an appointment with a client I am not allowed to be 30 mins late, nor am I able to just shrug them off with wait another week. If we call it’s because we are already at the max. My son should have been seen already to ensure his current meds are not causing adverse reaction weight loss, blood pressure issues and nothing has happened. As the new doctor I would think you would want to familiarize yourself with patients taking meds that could cause issues. I felt comfortable with my primary care and my sons care enough that I had even brought my mom over, sadly that confidence is gone.

Dr. Maureen Cook is the most amazing OBGYN I’ve ever met. She’s genuinely attentive and caring and takes the time to listen to their patients. Anytime I had an issue, I was seen and always left her office with a plan. Never once she dismissed a thing I said and always explained everything I need to know! About this office location: staff was quick in check me in and very professional.
