I surveyed 34 properties in 28 towns across two states upon my return to Massachusetts. Balsam is, hands down, the best apartment complex in the Northeast. Ginsburg & Co. and Lincoln Apartments have outdone themselves. The property literally shines. Kathy keeps the grounds to PGA Tour levels of immaculate. Dee is amazing. Michael and Melinda exemplify competency and go out of their way to help residents, tenant and prospective. Eric and Pat in maintenance are true professionals and always motivated. The pool staff are friendly and attentive, and the residents are the best, most wholesome group you could hope for in neighbors. There’s a true sense of community at Balsam. Yes, there are some minor tweaks that could be made, but management is very receptive to our recommendations. You really feel like you’re cared for at Balsam. I enthusiastically recommend Balsam Place for you and your loved ones!

We moved in here about 6 weeks ago and have nothing but positive things to say. The apartments are very well made, with all higher end finishes. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We are thrilled with the amenities. We love the gym, grill area, and the firepit with outdoor tv; we have already used these several times! We cannot wait for the pool to open this weekend. Having a dog park right on site has been awesome. And, I love using the dog wash station right on site! Everything has been very clean, quiet, and well taken care of!

I have never been more satisfied with a community than I am with Balsam Place. My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment in March and were hoping to move into a new development. We took a tour with Michael and it exceeded our expectations. I have emailed with Kara and she gets back to me right away. The professionalism and customer service from her has been wonderful. We love the real wood floors in our apartment, and granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets and it's very quiet. The grounds are very well kept, and Balsam has events so neighbors can come together. They had paint night, pizza night with yard games, and a pet contest. The pool was wonderful for my 10 year old son this Summer. He met some new friends, and my boyfriend and I did as well. The dog park is very adorable, we used the outside grills and fireplaces this Summer along with the club house and gym. I love that the main doors to every building lock, and that there are elevators. They have a cleaning crew that comes every week to clean the main entrance area, elevators, and hallways on each floor and I have to say they stay VERY clean for a community that accepts dogs. If you're looking for a place to call home Balsam is hands down without a doubt the place you should check out!

Beautiful apartments. I’m in a 1 bedroom with a den. Perfect size for my wife and I with our 6 month old boy. In unit washer and dryer is very key!!! Great room (kitchen/living space) are beautiful. Awesome hardwood floors, fixtures in kitchen, ideal granite counter tops, and our unit happens to have a perfect view of the very well kept and always updated landscape along with the pond with fountain. Highly recommend Balsam to anyone.

Balsam Place has 192 apartment homes.

Beautiful place, but I heard that you are not allowed to place anything on the walls which I find bizarre. Is this true? Thank you.

Hi Melanie, We do ask that any holes created when hanging pictures, etc, are filled at move out, but residents are welcome to hang items on the walls. I hope this answers your question. Sincerely, Kara Welch Business Manager
