Italian restaurants in the Boston area need to be good and this one blew me away! Tucked into a strip mall off of busy Route 38 in Tewksbury, Al Fresca was busy and bustling on a Thursday night. The first thing you notice when you walk in is all the awards and accolades on the walls. They are well earned. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Large bar area, hi-tops, tables, and booths. Wonderful menu with traditional Italian fare and an impressive list of daily specials. Lauren the bartender was amazing! Reservations highly recommended! I will be sure to return the next time I'm in town. Bravo!

Al Fresca’s was very good. The restaurant is cozy and the wait staff is very nice. It is a little dark and loud inside. The food can take a while to come out but they offer homemade pasta and it is delicious! The parking lot is very small though. Expect to do a few laps before you get a spot. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend if you are in the area!

The best Italian restaurant in town! I've been coming here since the establishment's inception. Food is always of the highest quality and prepared to perfection. The wait staff is quite informed about the menu items and wine list. Make reservations in advance as their reputation is well-known and they are frequently busy, particularly on weekends. You will not be dissatisfied!!
