Yes you are correct it is only fair to go into details so here you go. The first time Steve came out to take measurements everything was fine until I didn’t hear from him for two months. I called back and he said he lost the measurements without even telling me or giving me a courtesy call. The second time he came out yes he told me he needed engineering and I did tell him I will try to find my own but three days later I called back and told him to go forward with his engineer. Nothing was said about a hospital and if that is the case he should give me a courtesy call telling me just that because I would definitely understand. Your communicate is terribly with your customers. And yes I write a lot of bad reviews, but I write good ones as well. Don’t have your secretary tell your customers you will call them right back. OK if you were out busy that day you should’ve called me the next day, or have someone else call for you, but two days later I still haven’t heard from you. Good communication brings good business. It is what it is, and that’s how I feel.

No idea. We used them in 1996 and again in 2011 to screen our lanai. They just came out last week to give quote to re-screen, but have not given us one yet. I think the owner sold the company. Not impressed so far.
Hello. It does depend on what type of shutters. There is accordion, roll down (manual or electric), etc. If they are plastic, they cannot be repaired. Yes, I had them price new screens for me for my entire house and it was just over $100 for 15 windows, and it was ready in 2 days

Good afternoon Ron. I understand you were a little insistent on us giving you a quote over the phone. We tried to explain that we are unable to give a price for insulated replacement glass over the phone as we need to come out and look at it. Pricing varies based on size & labor time. To give an accurate quote, we need to confirm the type of glass, glass coloring (possible tint or Low E), see the age, accessibility & difficultly we might have removing the glass safely. Reason being, we have learned that if we misquote over the phone customers get angry and feel we are being dishonest. We did say that we would be happy to come out so that we could provide you with an Estimate.
