Let’s start by saying I had to bring my vehicle back four times in the week that my car was being “fixed”. I had a low tire pressure light on for a couple of weeks and brought it to the Woodbridge location to be repaired. They told me that my control arms & tires needed to be repaired. They advised that my car would be done the same day, and later on that day, I called to follow up (which is something they should be doing as CSR’s), and Rob advised that they would have to keep my car overnight. I was not planning for them to keep my car nor was I advised in a timely fashion. My car takes an hour the next day to be picked up and I drive off, hearing this noise in my brakes and my tires, resulting in me having to bring my car back twice because the mechanic couldn’t get my car fixed the right way the first time. I could go on and on, but let’s just say I will not be back to any Firestone location anytime soon.
