The pink hair lady that work there seems to have issues with minority! She was not friendly towards minority. I felt uncomfortable about that.

Isaih(probably wrong spelling-sorry! ) has provided exemplary service every time I go to the post office in the center of town. Very helpful helping us with a dolly when we had multiple heavy packages. If I owned a business I would hire him in a flash!!

I was at 460 boston road Billerica USPS. I posted my passports to canada embassy last evening. I had to send the prepaid envelope with the package so I could get my passports back once the job done. This guy who did the billing did not gave me the tracking number for the return airbill. I am so frustrated to the core when i saw there was no tracking number on the receipt. I went back and they said sorry.. can’t do anything about it! I am very nervous now and will be panicked all the time till i get my passports back😞

We used this post office extensively while we were living in Billerica. So much so that the workers there recognized us and praised us for coming prepared when we were shipping packages. Haven't had any issues for years.

Hi Jane, I would recommend going to the post office and discussing your problem with one of the staff. Bring the damaged package with you as they will want to see it.
