The actual Train Station building is no longer accessible and has been closed for nearly a year. Since this station went to the automated "PayByPhone (location# 4395)" app, the building at the station is closed. You could stand in the small overhangs to stay out of the rain but the building was much better. Currently, the Billerica Ave parking lot is plowed of snow just enough for the bus to arrive/depart. You will wish to use the main parking lot next to the Train Station Building at 6 Station St, North Billerica, Massachusetts 01862 The Lowell Regional Transportation Authority/LRTA bus #3 South Lowell is an option to get to this station or back to Lowell (search for their schedule). This bus will drop you off in the parking lot on the Billerica Ave side of the tracks. You must cross the tracks and be on the Train Station Building side to board the inbound train to North Station. If it is not rush hour, be sure to be on the raised platform to board the train.

Barely enough parking. Parking is $4 but you have to put the money into a wall of slots with the car space numbers. No ATM machine on the premises and the change machine works one day a week at random. This place is like going back to 1970 before the internet. Highly do not recommend but if you come here you probably don’t have an option.
