We went there because as school year is approaching and my kids are growing, we needed to buy new shoes for them. When we arrived I asked one of the cashiers to help me measure my 3 children's feet. She couldn't give me an accurate size, but at least she gave me a close enough size for the 3 of them. So, while shopping we had to get several boxes to see what size was going to fit them the best. While we are doing this, I noticed that the two cashiers in front of the store are starring at us angrily. And when I mean starring, they wouldn't even hide it. I felt awkard, but honestly I just brushed it off and continued doing our shopping. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe they were only having a bad day. After we chose the right sizes and shoes for the 3 of the kids. We put all the shoes that we did not want back on the shelves, and went to pay our shoes. When we approached the cashiers to pay. One of them started yelling me to come to the cashier. I gave my place to my 2 friends and mother that were also shopping with us, because I had many more boxes of shoes and my checking out was probably going to take longer. I noticed that my friends, and mother were also being rushed and being treated rudely. When cashier number 2 finally calls me(a skinny girl with short hair) I approach her and she is yelling looking angry at me trying to Rush me as well. At that point I felt attacked and I asked her if there was a problem. She just said "no" but continued to Rush me in every step of the transaction. She looked angry, I looked at the manager( I assumed it was the manager, a white man at about 50ish years old)and told him that I didn't understand what was going on but if the problem was with the kids. Taking kids out to shopping was not easy. However, my kids were well bahaved. The sat the whole time. He smiled and said that he understood that, because he was once in that position. However, a lot of kids just go there to make a mess and leave a big mess behind. I told him that was not our case and pointed at where we were shopping, showing him that no mess was left behind by us. I felt that the manager did not even aknowledged the problem with his staff. He made me feel with that comment that the behavior of the two female employees was acceptable and that my children and us were not welcomed at the store. The two female employees ( the skinny girl and a short girl with curly black hair) were rude since the beginning and I left shaking the store by the treatment we got there. We were harrased, followed the whole time and treated rudely and poorly. I ALWAYS try to be nice with any customer service. But, the way my family, friends and I were treated there felt like we were singled out and harrased. I did not see any other customer being treated and watched as we were. Horrible customer service from the manager to the other employees. Do not go there!

My daughter needed to find a nice pair of heels for her junior prom and this was the only place we were able to find a Size 10 Wide. We tried Macy’s, JCPenney, Marshall’s, TJ Max, Target, Kohls, Windsor, DSW and NOTHING! But within 5 minutes at Shoe Dept and my daughter found a beautiful pair of heels and a matching clutch wallet for a total of $60. I hear people complaining about the old guy behind the counter following them around, and I wonder did any of you actually just politely tell him that you’re all set and did not require any further help?? I’m sure that would have been the end of it instead people acting weird about it. He came up to me and asked me if I needed any help to which I politely said No since we had already found the shoes we needed. My daughter and I looked around a little more with no issues and then he met us at the register to check out. He was very professional and very polite.

Prices are decent but the staff treats everyone like thieves. My wife and I were followed by the older man that was at the register as well as a younger girl who swarmed my wife the moment she picked up a box. My wife came to me in the men's section while I was browsing and and they followed her over my way. I stopped browsing and just purchased the shoes my wife had decided on. They make you feel very uncomfortable while shopping. Also to note, neither my wife or myself had any type of bag or purse etc. This isn't the 1st time that they were hovering over us while we shopped. Every time we've gone in there we have made a purchase. Today was just over bearing with the amount of hovering by the staff. Probably won't be shopping here again regardless of the prices.

Wasn't impressed at all with their formal dress shoe department. Go to DSW you'll have better luck. I peeked at sneakers they carry all low end Nike, Addidas, New Balance and Sketchers. Prices were not that great either.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
