Not much help from most the staff at this location. To get ANYONE to help you buy a washer & dryer or answer a question you may have when you do have one. You of course get approached by a few as you walk through the door but when fully inside the store I swear they all hide.

Went in for a grill for Father's Day, the staff was very helpful and took the time to locate a grill for us. They cared enough not to pass on one that been returned or one that had damage to the box. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide us one at that location, but Matt checked the stock at another store and had it ready for us by the time we arrived. We were tired after a long day and very appreciative of the assistance.

Went here to buy a new stove. Melinda was excellent! She helped us pick out a new Samsung stove with warranty and even scheduled next day delivery! She answered every question we had and was patient. We looked around the store and other Lowe's employees were eager to help us. We never felt lost or abandoned during our shopping experience. This is what customer service is all about. Feeling like me, the customer, matters and I felt like that today.

We were greeted within 5 minutes of entering the appliance dept., by Austin and later by a female associate. They both were friendly and asked if we needed help. We looked around and then found Austin and he answered our questions and checked on in stock items. He explained the particulars of the sale with great detail. He was professional, personable, & knowledgeable. It was refreshing to be greeted in such a positive way by both associates. Austin made the sale and our day. A positive experience, such as this, goes a long way in determining future purchases. Great job Austin! Can't say enough...Outstanding Service!
