This Ultas employees are the least helpful people. They never greet customers or ask if they need help. One of the employees saw me looking around the store (very obviously) and never asked if I needed help looking for something so I had to approach her for help which is fine but it's every single time. Also, why are their prices significantly more than other stores? I prefer Sephora any day.

Rarely go here since I'm allergic to many fragrances and the store is usually permeated with scents. It was pleasantly less smelly than usual on this morning.

I normally go to Sephora, but they are so far out of the way. I was really happy with my experience at Ulta today and I think I might just start going here instead. I needed a color match and not only did they find the perfect color, but also showed me the technique to apply, other products to go with it, and ended up just doing my face. I never get that kind of service at Sephora.

My mom and i just left this store, absolutely amazing experience. usually, my major social anxiety keeps me from being able to comfortably converse with anyone.this was not the case today. i CANNOT express how welcome and cared for Justin made me feel while trying to find something to fix my blonde, damaged hair. he was so so helpful not only to me, but also my mother. Justin, if you see this, THANK YOU!
