I drove 40 minutes over to this game stop to buy call of duty black ops 3 and the cashier went went to get the game and looked at the cd 4 times making sure it matched with the cover. She said it was all good and next thing you know I get home to play the game and it's the wrong game in the wrong box. Called back to them telling me they messed up. Obviously. Tells me that he can swap the games out and nothing more. Free way is closed as well so now I need to drive the longest 40 minutes to fix one of their mistakes. Heard this place was a good gamestop, apparently not. Won't even try to compensate for the 40 minute drive because they couldn't tell the difference between 3 and 4. Shameful.

Poor communication from employee Lea when it comes to how to redeem gift certificates from you rewards points. Lost money on an item and could not refund the actual $25 gift card back but rather only $16 and they get to keep the rest. Thanks a lot
