Jesse was very prompt and professional. I submitted a ticket for the broken AC in the evening and it was fixed by 8:30 am the next morning. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Great job on this one, PV!

I’m so in love with Palm Valley Villas, adorable units, that are separate from each other. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Moving from out of town was a journey itself, Jessica was so helpful with taking off some stress with being so attentive with making sure we had everything we needed prior to moving in. We’re definitely happy to say Palm Valley Villas will be our home for a long time.

My move in was quite simple with the help of the property manager, Jessica. The only issue I came across was my washer not filling with water to wash my clothes. Jessica was very kind and quick to respond. Not only did she schedule for my unit to receive a new washer, but she also allowed me to use another unit’s washer and dryer in the meantime! I was super grateful and have already enjoyed what hasn’t even been a full week here on property. As of now, I would definitely recommend the property

Clean, safe, friendly, upgraded living, highly recommend. Palm Valley Villas is a small gated community with a very nice pool, well maintained homes and grounds, beautiful grassy common area, dog friendly. Individual homes are in clusters of 4 with spacious living and private yards. Our neighbors were friendly, as was most of the community we met while living there. An easy walk to neighborhood city park, beautiful, safe, area for longer walks. Nearby shopping, food, and activities. I cannot say enough about Dawn and Jessica in the office, they are absolutely wonderful. We will truly miss living there.
