Dear Ellis, Our community allows up to 2 pets per home, we have no weight limits, or breed restrictions. We do charge pet rent & one time pet fees on a per pet basis. I would to discuss our community in more detail with you! Please feel free to call our office or stop by for a visit!

Yes they allow pets but charge a deposit and monthly fee. Not sure on limits I have 2 Labrador retrievers and it wasn't an issue and I don't think they have breed restrictions either. There is info on their website
