Friendly staff and good selection but pretty high on prices.

My son who works at a O'Reilly auto in another state went into this location to buy air filters for our cars and was told by Brandon and Angel multiple times that they didn't have them or that they were out on the shelves. After my son went and looked on the shelves and asked him multiple times to look in the back...after being told they didn't have them...finally emerged from the back with the air filters requested. The store was dirty, unorganized and the employees were more worried about being on their phone then customer service. From another O'Reilly employee this to me speaks volume when he calls me SO upset about the way he was treated since he loves this company and loves working for them and specifically asked me to write this review. I know it's hard to find quality employees these days but this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by their higher ups or the corporate office of O'Reilly auto.

First time at this store. They had exactly what I needed, Lucas power steering fluid/stop leak and also had the bigger size. Service was fast and courteous, its good to know they're in close proximity for my car needs.
