I finally stopped by to check out this donut bakery and bought half a dozen donuts and two extra pastries. However, when I got home I noticed I was missing a pastry and the cashier added a three dollar tip without my permission. I called the phone number on the receipt and left a message because it was after hours. Tried again the following morning and left another message but still didn’t hear back. Obviously, it’s not the amount of the tip or the missing pastry but more the disregard to my issue and dishonesty of the business. We found the donuts to be too oily and do not recommend going to this place at all. P.S. They are also putting down personal info. in their responses, as seen in 3 other negative reviews which is against Google personal info violation policy. This is an intimidation tactic to get you to take down your review. Also, my voicemail works just fine and was not full. More excuses!

We recently ordered my daughter's birthday cake through Sunrise Donuts! The cake turned out better than we expected and Monique, who made the cake, was such a pleasure to speak to. So professional, attention to detail and excellent at cake decorating. My daughter was thrilled to have her birthday cake so beautiful AND delicious. It's not just a pretty cake for looks, everyone ate the cake and loved it. I'm so thankful that I found Monique! I wish I had taken better pictures so show it the best!

First and foremost, donuts and cupcakes were delicious!! I was excited to find this place. After calming down I decided to write a level headed review. Tho the food was great, they made a huge error and not only wouldn't do anything but put the blame on me. I realize now it was a misunderstanding. But it was on their end, and I'm tired of people acting like customer service doesn't matter, it does. I was mostly so devastated because this error brought my total cost to $55! I couldn't afford it. Spent $16 the day before on the donuts. My mom picked up the order and paid it because I woke up sick and couldn't get it. I only needed 4 cupcakes. Not 24. I hope they learn to treat customers better in the future because they sell great products.

Yesterday my husband stopped by this local donut shop, we LOVE these donuts, they are freshers and so fluffy. I usually eat 2 donuts max but these.. without shame at 4 in a half! We are currently back for more, seems they are low on donuts but how wonderful these pieces of heaven fluff are, no surprise. Definitely our new local donut spot!! I have no pictures as the donuts didn't last.
