Very disappointed in this tanning place, seems like their workers are only interested in making commission and it’s EXTREMELY over priced. I got a membership because they said I would get an extra spray tan on top of the one I get monthly. I went in 2 months later after I started my membership because I saved that spray tan for a trip. The lady said that it was only valid for the month that I signed up for the membership and I told her that they said I could use it whenever I wanted and she wouldn’t let me tan and charged me $47 for a spray tan on top of my monthly membership. I’ve tried to reach out for a refund but nobody has got back to me about it.

After my original tanning salon closed due to covid in 2020 I had to start looking for a new place to go. I came across Palm Beach and glad I did. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is as friendly as can be along with being knowledgeable. I will say the only thing that is an inconvenience is the fact that you have to wait a full 24 hours before tanning again unlike other salons were you could tan sooner than 24 hours from your last session (still only tanning once a day though). Other than that, great little place with a variety of beds to pick from.

Lol joke of a place went in out of state to get a regular bed tan and a mystic tan which for those who don’t know is a spray tan they kept trying to hustle me into a membership the whole time when I had said to them I want this to be a one time thing they tried to charge me 82$ for a level 4 bed tan which I can get in Boston for 30$ with no membership anywhere , place is a scam rip off

This place is cool and clean. The girls are polite, but weren’t very forthcoming with information. This kind of stuff is expensive, and I feel like I was told more information on my second visit (after prepaying $75 for a 3 pack of spray tans) than I was initially. If I knew what they told me today back at my first visit I would have never spent so much money on this place.
