We lived here for a year. Very friendly maintenence and helpful office staff, with package deliveries especially. Good amenities; wonderful pool area and cable in the fitness room. Good location; gas/grocery/liquor stores right down the road. Plenty of parking. Some outdoor/patio storage. Fair amount of indoor storage. Snow/ice removal was exceptional. Appliances were good. ... Lock your car doors... Lawn service will mow/weedwack on the weekend/AM hours at times. Tenants must use a gas dryer. Walk from parking lot to door was 150-feet; not unbearable but, groceries, moving, etc. was not always easy. Walton Blvd/Giddings Rd can be very noisy which isn't unusual but, Notre Dame HS activities would amplify that at times. Rent was increased $50+ during COVID emergency order; utility consolidation cited as the reason. Air conditioning was poor, miserable at times. Road condition at entrance horrendous, for Michigan even. Food delivery services unable to locate unit twice. Nobody bothered to reply to our email when our pet went missing, even though we were gouged for it that year. ... Hope this is value added, whoever you are. -L
