Beginning in May of this year the following has happened: 1) my potted flowers were thrown against my front door and destroyed 2) my outdoor chair and table were stolen 3) a ceramic bowl left for water for cats was smashed on my sidewalk 4) my apartment broken into and my TV and loose change stolen 5) Package delivered to wrong address was not delivered to me (they kept it) Stay away. You can't have any quality of life here. Only stay in your aparrnent and don't talk to anyone. They know when you go to work and look for opportunities to take advantage.

Staff is good, many of the tenants are bad and play victimhood, blaming someone else for not taking care of the property. But this is exactly how section 8 tenants are. "They are victims of society and everyone is doing them wrong." Even though the tenants are rowdy with drinking, marijuana, profanity, and violence.

Because that's what everybody is wanting so there is a longer wait.
I am not happy with those hours at all, only till 4:30 in the afternoon? I think everyone should have a key and do it at your convience, or until it gets dark
Pitbulls and gangsta, are inseparable. Work law enforcement, there constantly of course bcuz 90% of males present not on lease always causing problems. New management cracking down though 💪🏾
Go to the office during business hours. Bring all info, income, birth certificate, social security cards for you and your family that's going to be living there with you. It supposed to be under New Management. So No Dogs or Cats. Rent supposed to be based off your income. My daughter use to stay there and she didn't have any income but 3 kids and her rent was twenty-five dollars a month. My son also had a place there with no income and his rent was $118.00 a month. There's a waiting list I don't know how long it is or going to take you to get into there. That's depends on if it's an emergency or not.
Some do. Some don't. U can put your own carpet down and pull it up when u leave..
For a 1 bedroom, I was told 2-4 months. However, it could be longer. There were no promises.

I just called today about applying for an apartment and told her that I have a support cat. You need to take in the note from your doctor and they will review it. I guess it's on a case by case basis. I have since learned that it is illegal to be denied housing if you have a support animal, as long as you have proof.
You have to call they don't monitor this page
I know a few felons that live here.
It is but it's a while you could still come to the office and put in an application
