I have been at Cornerstone for 2.5 years. Whenever I have needed something fixed in my unit it was done correctly and staff was pleasant. I recently had a water leak requiring major overhaul of the kitchen, it was completed and looks great. The office staff has always been friendly and helful. It does get noisy from time to time but thats when I turn my air-conditioner on and the noise is gone!

In 5 years, I've had mice 2/3 times. No bed bugs. They recently had a bed bug sniffing dog come into all of the units to see if any had them. And I've seen 2 roaches.
We are sorry that you feel this way, however we had our Maintenance staff visit your unit multiple times and worked on all of the issues you presented us with. These claims are not truthful at all. When you signed your lease with our property, you read the lease and signed agreeing to a $50 late fee. In terms of office behavior, our staff always does the best they can to help tenants and to be courteous and respectful.
