Kids always litter on my lawn. I am renting and my trailer is breaking down and they say they’ll fix it but never show up. Rent keeps on going up but what needs to go up is more stop signs. Almost got hit several times because people speed through intersections.

The lot rent is around Like 500 depending on time of renting
