I have worked on a few issues recently with Sarah Thaler. Her customer service is exceptional and makes resolving issues a pleasure. One of these issues was not in her area of focus, but she helped still the same. Sarah is extremely competent and communicates that effectively and pleasantly helping to resolve issues quickly and leaving me with complete confidence in her.

Sarah Thaler is #1. Whatever you guys are paying her, please quadruple it. She has been so, so amazingly helpful.. Super prompt, polite, and professional. Even when I was super annoying and bugging her super often, she was extremely kind and understanding. Steven O'Donnell

I submitted a complaint on an appraiser after he used dated comparable for an appraisal. This complaint was submitted in the first week of August 2020 and we are 3 months later and the case complaint was not even assigned out for review. No timelines can be given they've said. Between working with Kadee and Van it has been a terrible experience.

Went to hand in my real estate forms after passing my test. Rushed downtown and security informs me that they stop letting people up at 4:45. That would have been nice to know online before i wasted time and money

Yes you can. However, you may not use both licenses in the same transaction.
It all depends on what is written in your contract with previous Brokerage. Several contracts that I have read, state a time frame of some sort. EXAMPLE- If a previous buyer makes an offer after the listing has expired within x amount of days, a commission will still be owed to the listing brokerage.
