Gerry is nice, but it is difficult to reach him for any maintenance or any issues when you might have with your apartment. When I was finally able to reach him, he tried to fix the issue but could not fix it....and I called and texted him …Hi Michelle, I'm sorry but we do not know you and have no record of a Michelle Addeison ever living at our property. We have a 24/7 maintenance team and no assigned parking so I'm under the impression you're posting about the wrong property.

I miss this my old apartment here. Gerry was a great landlord, and was always responsive when my unit needed maintenance. He went so far as to comp a hotel stay when there was work going on inside the unit! Quaint, quiet units, and nature walks right up to your door. I would honestly go back if I could.

I loved living there. Quiet. Bike path in the back for my girlfriend and I to ride. Best place for the price. Gerry might talk your head off but great guy.
