Took 35 minutes to get food from the drive thru. The food was extremely bland and not very hot. Our first time trying it since we live almost 2 hours north, and will definitely be the last.

Great experience even though they where really busy. I unfortunately didn't get the young lady's name but my receipt has her team member #1306 (girl with black and light pink braids) she was very polite and helpful. And there was a young man who also assisted her. Both where great! Definitely recommend 😄✌

Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, they only took orders from 2 cars. Still 2 cars in front of me to order, figured I would bail. White Castle is not worth a 30 minute wait to get food. This was the second time I tried to visit his location within 2 weeks and had similar results. I know the workforce is pretty rough right now, but someone should be able to figure something out.

Food is fare. Went to the drive thru, I gave her my order which came to $14.78 before tax she said it would be cheaper to get the crave box. She didn't tell me it's extra when you add chicken sandwiches which came to $28. I ask why the price jump, then she explained the cost. If you tell me I can put any sandwich in the box, don't charge me extra money. Now I'm stuck with 10 extra sandwich. I feel like I was rob. Cashier need to speak up & be clear. And please don't get upset because I ask a question. I will not return. I should went inside or order online. What a waste
