This place used to be good and has gone to trash over the last 6 months. My trucks wheel leave in worse condition than they arrive. Also, they continuously put their dirty rags on my seats, leaving stains behind. I have complained a number of times and it has stopped yet.

Spent more than $600 to have a car detailed just to get it back with globs of tar left on the windshield and front grille. Had to spend an extra half hour cleaning the car they "detailed" myself, afterwards.

For the money i paid id think you’d actually have a clean car but dirt still on carpet and windows are dirtier now then when we went in. but it was quick and at least got some of the dirt off the car. If you need something done on the spot its ok but just don’t expect much attention to the details of actual cleaning aspect of the work done. Disappointed for paying over a hundred dollars with tip

So, I went here and spent close to $400 for an oil change, wash, wax, scratch removal, interior vacuum... the works. From the start I should have simply stuck with an oil change. The staff were all very nice, but right off couldn't figure out pricing, provide an itemized list of detailing packages, they put me on someone else's account who had the same name, had me speak with three different people to get done what I was looking for and took nearly three and a half hours to end up not calling me when the job was completed. I had to call them to check the status and learned that my vehicle was sitting there ready to be picked up. The whole process was poorly orgnized from the very beginning. Again, while everyone was extremely friendly and the car looked amazing at first glance, I realized when I got it home that for the hundreds of dollars that I was charged that yes, they buffed out a majority of the scratches, but overlooked simple things such as water spots. There were also random unwaxed areas near the wheel wells, dried unpolished wax in places, shiny drip spots on my leather seats (which I was able to rub out with a cloth for the most part) and the trunk which needed a slight vacuum job was completly untouched. I vacuumed that myself that evening at home as well. Again mind you that I paid nearly $300 for the detailing alone. I'm not petty or extremely picky, but for this price I expected just a little better. Look closer at the photos that I included and judge for yourself if this was worth that much money. I'll still return here for oil changes but I probably won't be getting detailing work done here again.

Enter the express lane, pay with cc or cash and choose the $3 wash. Drive to the entrance of the wash and wait for the attendant to guide you in, follow the directions. After the wash go to the vacuum area. Use the compressed air gun to blow out all the water from all the hard to get to areas. Give it a final wipe down and vacuum. Yippee your car is now detailed by yourself. If you don't want to do this you can pay more to have them do it.
We offer hand washing at any of our full service locations, however, the tunnel does contain neoglide brushes.
Hi Eirc - For an Upholstery Shampoo, which includes, steam cleaning, restores fabric to seats and removes most stains is $75. Our Caprpet Shampoo is also $75, which involves, steam cleaning and removal of most stains including floor mats. For the best response, I would recommend stopping by the closest Full-Service Cobblestone location and letting them take a look at what they are going to be working with to give you a better estimate. Here is the link to all our locations: https://cobblestone.com/locations.
Yes they do offer that service. You can give them a call to find out exactly how much.
Yeah these guys caused over $5,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. They covered $0 of it. Good luck! Maybe try another place.
I don't know what that is, sorry. Best thing to do is call them
