I am not a "cold" sandwich girl, I only like sandwiches that are toasted. They have toasted and cold sandwiches. I wanted the Italian sandwich toasted. It is considered a cold sandwich, but i asked if they would toasted it. The young man behind the counter refused, absolutely refused. It was like he made it very personal to himself. I asked if the sandwiches were pre-made or made as ordered. He said they were made to order, but cold must be cold, and toasted must be toasted. He refused my request so I left. I encountered a manager at the door, told her of my experience and she said that if we ask in advance they would toast it for me. I advised her that he refused to do so. She offered to walk back in with me, but I was disappointed in his service so I declined. His customer service skills need much improvement or why bother having a deli at all?

I have been to the store here a few times and I am very happy to see that it has been very clean in the store every time. I have never seen any trash or anything out of order. Always very clean and organized.

Got everything I needed for a quick dinner. Good experience checking out - they had a lot of lines open due to it being around 5:15 - which as a good experience.
