Waited 25 minutes just in the drive-up line. At the window, gave the guy a $20 bill and the exact change. Should have gotten an exact $15 back, instead he gives me back $14 and a little change. I tell him he is mistaken and he tells me he hit the $20 button by mistake. So that’s supposed to be my problem?!? And, he doesn’t want to give me the correct amount back! Seriously??? It took another 5 minutes for the manager to fix it! He hands me the bag with my sandwich. I drive away to eat it. NO NAPKINS, no fork for the Mac & cheese that was put in by mistake! I will definitely NOT recommend this place!!!

Came on a Saturday at 6:15, so at least 3 hours before they close. They lady at the drive thru said they’re only serving the #1 or #2 that’s it nothing else. I asked why and she said “because we are” now I remember why we always go to churches chicken instead.

I always get friendly staff but they always get my order wrong. I ordered 3 fill ups all grilled chicken online for a pick up and they gave me all original chicken . I have ordered this before and the same thing happened. I checked my receipt and it does show grilled chicken.. well maybe one day I will get my grilled chicken or might go to a different location next time. I tried calling the number to the location and it rings and gave me a loud noise.

I tried those new KFC hot chicken wings. They look and maybe they're good when you eat them in the restaurant I got them to go and by the time I got them home they were soggy and disgusting. I've had other KFC food that's fine but those things were really gross.
