Stranded in Federal Way WA about to be towed from Sunset Plaza and plaza security couldn't offer me any advice or guidance so I called the police department..spoke with Non emergency Dispatch and an Officer who were super kind, understanding, and helpful....May GOD protect them and help then in their duties. Amen

I just want to say thank you so much to Officer R. Cuellar. He was very patient and very understanding. The community needs more people like you. Also a big thank you to the two gentlemen that helped him when my vehicle was found and searched It for me. I am very grateful and happy with these officers. God bless and be safe out there!

Chief, I want to give you a praise. Last night around 10:40 pm, I was pulled over by Harbor Freight off of 320th because my license plate was apparently illegible(it was when I checked.) Your officer greeted me in a friendly and professional manner as he approached me. Officer (name unknown) alerted me of my dirty license plate and showed empathy to quickly let me get on my way once he discovered I was driving to work. I felt really bad because my wallet was unorganized and I couldn't produce the registration and proof of insurance at a speed I know he would have liked, but officer unknown was patient, professional, and understanding. I produced everything he requested on site with a little delay and I cleaned my plate as soon as I got home (I work nights.) Chief, if all your officers are like Officer Unknown, you must be really proud of your department. A traffic stop doesn't have to be intimidating. Officer unknown was like being pulled over by a concerned friend. I bet you get a lot of hate mail because people are ridiculous. I hope you and your staff know most appreciate all of you. Keep up the good work. -Chris

You can bring any expired, or unwanted medications (no needles) and drop them in the container located in the Police Department lobby. Go through the small door marked "Police" not the City Hall doors. This can only be done M - F 8am to 5pm.
I dont understand your issue but you might try calling 211 (Two one one) as that is a number that is meant to help people find appropriate agencies to refer them to. The police department has nothing to do with trash collection services. And I agree about not wanting illegal dumping. If 211 doesnt help call the NON EMERGENCY NUMBER And ask them what to do. But I like seeing Federal Way police..at least all I have met. I want to have more hired and more support including a helicopter and dogs. If you have a serious need I feel better when 8 cars show up. I have no affiliation nor know any officers. So this is my experience with speaking to them. I want them cleaning out serious dangers first. So I truly hope you get that issue solved. If you could have a video it would help you a lot.
Sorry for your issues. The non-emergency number for the Federal Way Police is 253-835-6700. Might want to call to prevent neighbors wondering who you are. If you have legal rights to be there you dont have to. It is up to you.
Only for Concealed Pistol Licensing. For backgrounds, or other professional licensing they no longer do fingerprints. You can go to intellipass, a fingerprint service in Federal Way.
If you are renting to them you would need to go through the eviction process. Google landlord/tenant laws in WA.
Pay your bill.
Right away no matter what Take pictures video record from your phone whatever you have to do to prove your side and to protect you always make sure you do those things no matter what
Turn in a complaint. There may be a ordinance about that
To my understanding noises can be made up until 10 at night believe me I know I used to live in Shag. IN Federal Way
If it is an emergency call 911 and the dispatcher will either dispatch appropriate units or transfer you to the police dispatcher in the correct location. I dont quite understand the question as you worded it. If the police are engaged in a pursuit why would you call anyone? If you meant a non police car driving recklessly by itself or with another then call 911.
Many possible answers. Response to a complaint. Possible yellow area on curb. Or ongoing investigation. Wasn't there. Don't know. Go to or call the PD for specific answers.
Go to the King County Courthouse in Kent and apply for a Protection Order. The judge will hear your case, and issue a protection order banning them from the house if she/he feels like there is a danger. Otherwise, start the formal eviction process through King County Sheriffs Office Civil Unit.
Have you contacted the FWPD?
You can call, but most officers won't answer unless you show up in person.
Yes, if you are a resident of the city, otherwise you will need to contact King county or the city where you reside.
I would talk to them about it first, if it persists call in a noise complaint
No
