My wife and I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. Recently however the temple screw on my glasses came off and I'm not sure where. So I started wearing my spare glasses. These were actually purchased there just a few months ago but I ended up hating them. They slid off my nose and just were too big for my face. None of this was the fault of Family Eye Center. Kim, who is the frame guru there, fixed my glasses immediately. While talking to her I mentioned how much I disliked my latest pair of glasses which were only a few months old. She immediately asked me why I didn't bring him in sooner and told me to go and find another pair of frames and she would exchange them one for one... lenses as well. I couldn't believe it ...who does that? Best part of all my new glasses were ready in a week! These guys are great!

I went to Family Eye Clinic to get glasses, and was greeted by Kim, who was very friendly and warm. She was immensely helpful in helping me pick out the right pair of glasses that suited me well. All the staff gave great customer service, and I am incredibly pleased with my visit. I will be going back.
