Had doctor appointment and i cant tell you how horrible their staff is! Lets not talk about the 3 weeks appointment time. The privacy is one of things is a joke to them! Laughing behind you and even dont give ANY good advices for bad condition that I had. Said to come check after a MONTH! WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I advice everyone who is able to, to find another place

I have been calling for my mother's prescription and questions for her doctor regarding her health , they have me on hold for 32 minutes then hang up , have called multiple times they do not respond, this is ridiculous!

It seemed like a Cellar a dungeon it was dirty and run down and just a nasty looking place inside I was very uncomfortable there first and last time I do not want no more appointments there ever

2-3hrs for something simple is beyond me and my family. I feel like the doctors are nice at this location, but getting the flow of patients in and out takes absolutely forever. Due to many long appointments that last well over an hour for something that should take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, I'm leaving this clinic. Readers this place has nice staff, but a terrible way of getting people out on time. I thank this clinic for looking over my kids and making sure they healthy. Our time is too precious to feel like we can't leave when we want to.
