Would be better if offices were in a seperate building from the community center so when families are having activities there they arent being disturbed by people looking for office workers.

Owned property for 10 years now at Timberlake’s. Built house and retired here. Very happy that we have. Decided to pay it forward and joined board. Covenants are a bit clunky, but not unmanageable. Good people on board, I have no complaints, all volunteer to do a decent job. May have been different years ago, but stable group to be with now. Trying to install open and transparent processes, treat people fair & open. Welcome questions and input. Tom

It is extremely hard to do anything with your property with the covenants that change regularly based on the will of the the board that doesn't like anyone who is different or trying to live on a fixed income. Trying to live green and reduce your carbon footprint? Don't live here. You will run into obstacles and every twist and turn and finally throw in the towel. Then your property will be worthless because everyone knows about this place. The dogs bark like crazy all night but nobody does anything about it, you want to know why? Because of intimidation. Stear clear.

I said this in another listing that serves as false listing for Timberlake’s (while this one has more legit standing), though this one might not be purposely set up to be misleading: There’s not definite amount since Timberlake’s is a vacation spot for a certain percentage of the residents, particularly in the Summer. All in all, around 1000 legal residents at the highest peak, though that amount doesn’t often include family members mostly just property owners. In the Winter months, of course, fewer members live here and those numbers reflect the true permanent residents.
I’m afraid pictures weren’t taken. But after success of Halloween Decorating Contest, it was obviously decided to take pictures of all participants involved since the Christmas contest pics were posted and were appreciated by Timberlake residents.
