Have worked with AAA on my beach property for over ten years. Great working with the family and their staff are very responsive and courteous. They get it right every time

The place was clean and friendly atmosphere. I went there to arrange for a John to put out front, while my sewage line being repair. They delivered ahead schedule and once done they came to clean which they did and delivery it to another costumer. So it was a win win for me and the next customer. Oh that John hand sanitizer they had only few ready for us customer.

Find anyone else to do your septic pumping and inspection. They are threatening (if you question your bill) and after guaranteeing their workers "years of experience" still try to lie about their work. Don't trust them. Went with another business to go through the inspection again and passed with flying colors with no extras needed. Happy to elaborate if needed. To clear up the response below.... I did question as to why it needed have a camera especially after the driver said he hadn't been with the company that long (6-9month). But I did go ahead with the camera as they said I needed. The person who came to do the work was there 10 min and said the system was perfect. It wasn't until that point that I felt that I had a right as the owner of my home to call and ask question. So i called and was told the owners wife would call me back, she did not. I called a week and a half later and finally talk to her. She did not like me questioning the experience of her technicians and asking general questions. She said that she backed her technicians 1000% over anything I would have questions on. She proceeded to threaten to pull my already passed inspection (which come to find out they had already submitted). A day and a half later I received a phone call from my Realtor stating that the camera guy screwed up another job and now they wanted to come back with someone else to recheck mine. After the threat I had already received I declined them access to my property. I then received a phone call from the owners wife saying that they possibly didn't do a good job and needed to come back out to redo the camera work. I was then told they would take off the charge that I had questioned if I let them come back out. I told her no and she then said they were going to have to report that I refused their service. I explained that I was going with another company to completely recheck their iffy work. The next (more professional company) came out (even found a tank lid they missed) and approved my system.

I am really happy with AAA Septic. They were able to make it out to my home the same day. The customer service was great and the technician who came out to my house was very friendly and provided a lot of good information about my system. I highly recommend them.

yes we do the next day!
A gravity septic system will require a basic septic inspection and a pumping, if needed. A pressurized system will require an Operations & Maintenance inspection and a pumping, if needed. Pumping will most likely be needed if the system has had any usage so that the inspection is able to be completed and all components of the system are visible and the drainfield can be tested. Water and power is needed to complete these inspections, but we do have a generator and water truck if power and water aren't available on the property at time of service.
We do not, but we can take cash, check, credit cards (except American Express), and debit cards at the time of service.
We do not repair septic tanks, but are able to repair septic components, such as pumps, floats, baffles, and transport pipes. Tanks and drainfield repairs are typically done by a septic installer.
