These guys were referred to me by a custom builder. They were busy but came on the scheduled date and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the crew did a fantastic job. Very professional. Jay has a welcoming and calming demeanor, his guys are professional and polite. He does get busy but worth the wait. It is hard to find a nice business man like Jay - he really cares about what he is doing and if there is ever a problem he will fix it. I like that when I call I get either him or his wife - not an answering service. We highly recommend Jay and his crew!

A few months back, we got a new heating unit, and Jay's Electric was recommended to us for that portion of the job. After playing phone tag, we finally got something scheduled and they did a great job on the project. As we are doing a full remodel, we have since tried getting Jay's back for some other small jobs. Again after playing phone tag back and forth, we got something scheduled. The day before the appointment, Jay's called and said they may have to cancel, but would let me know for sure the morning of the appointment. They never called and they didn't show up. We still have not heard from them and they aren't returning our calls. I hate to give this rating, but this is not the way to run a business.
