Horrible! Very unprofessional-I paid over $2,000 for a master protection agreement. When I called to schedule service the “window” was between 8 and 6- the technician did not fix, still made noise then system went out an hour later-had to spend several hours to move the appointment up only to have the technician back out, spend hours putting a new motor and other parts in 10 minutes after he left the AC system went completely out again-the family is now in a hotel because the house is too hot and I can’t get anyone back out until tomorrow. This Will be the fourth time they attempt to try and fix the same issue -Please note that any number that you get will always route you to India you can never get anyone local and they do not care they hang up on you they just repeat over and over I’m sorry it should be very frustrating the same thing but never resolve your issue and you are at the mercy of the dispatch team -no one cares I would never ever ever recommend them. **UPDATE** Tech Jason came out and was OUTSTANDING…he turned the whole situation around! After the nightmare of BEGGING to international reps to fix a broken system 6 times, Jason came in, saw what was wrong and is arranging the proper resolution-someone needs to recognize tech Jason for being a great representative for them! 100% satisfied with his work!!!

They never got back to us after two visits. The last part was never ordered. Waited three months for a dryer to be fixed. That never got fixed. Totally unacceptable. Will never buy a Kenmore or something from Sears again. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. We were under warranty and still didn't get good service. I guess since they weren't getting paid, they didn't care. Our opinion. Repeated calls and no response. Everything was done by phone when here, tech didn't know how to fix dryer and also Googled for help.
