UPDATE: 10/22; Just got the latest updated ChiVi (covid) variant injection today along with the new flu shot. It could not have been easier or quicker! They even came out to the car to give me mine (for medical reasons). I have also had extensive dental work done there and it could not have been any better. I see many detractors on here but I have been there MANY times, as had my wife and others. ALL of our encounters have been positive and they go out of their way to help any way they can. They have always been great! Could not ask for anything better! They have made it quick and easy to the the ChiVi vaccination, inside or outside, walk up or just drive up.

Poor Dental Service due to the shear Lack of care & understanding they have for a kid & what they go through with anxiety :(:( They lie and say you didn't give proper notice of cancelation:( $50 fee is outrageous for something that was canceled by 2 phone #'s & in plenty of time

Bait and switch covid vaccine appointments. Walk-ins take priority over people who make appointments if they have a vaccine preference. Go somewhere else for your covid vaccine.

Do I have to preregister if I have had both shots. I have not felt good and want a test to see if I have contacted the virus again.

We do not do COVID testing at our health department. Please go to testutah.com for testing locations.

I've tried calling to cancel my Covid-19 appointment more than a dozen times but the line is always busy. How can I do this so someone else can take my spot?

Just keep calling, over and over and over. Second option, DRIVE DOWN in person. We had to do that once and keep calling over and over one time

Very few, most people go to SLC

I have a loved one that is an extreme hoarder. This person is getting on in years and health is declining. We have tried for years to help on our own. Are there any intervention programs to help. Our family is overwhelmed and out of options.

If it is becoming an environmental hazard then you need to contact you local health department. Otherwise contact adult senior services, also at local health department
