Went there to treat my oil burns that were 2nd and 3rd degree. I came in with my skin hanging off my arm and the front desk lady was so fixated on forcing me to wear a mask instead of being concerned with the condition I was in. Then the staff didn't even clean my wounds they just put some bacitracin on it and called it a day, with no info about the burn clinic whatsoever until I went and got a referral from the Stansbury U clinic later on. Mountain West Medical Center cares more about forcing masks on people than patient care.

The doctors and staff are the worst in the State of Utah, that's why we go to Saint Mark's hospital or LDS hospital instead.

I had service's April 2021. In June 2021 I paid my co-pay after my insurance paid. A year later, I started getting statements for the amount I paid. I have been fighting the billing company since then, each time I'm told it's taken care of and I won't receive another statement, yet I do, and I just received a notice from a collection agency. This has been the worst experience! The care they provided wasn't great either. I was presented through the ER, they admitted me, took a multitude of test, then said "sorry, we can't figure out what happened". I will never return to this hospital! I'll go to SLC. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

They definitely don't have that fancy book learnin' out here in the sticks. I've been to this ER 3 times now. Misdiagnosed ALL 3 TIMES! The first time I went in with pain on my left back, they told me kidney infection (no further testing). Second time (same thing) they actually did a CT and said I had a tumor (it turned out to be a stone). Third time I left in tears with no for sure diagnosis just a probable "pelvic organ prolapse". She just told me I wasn't dying so I couldn't be seen in the ER. I wouldn't come to the ER (this no one no less) and waste hours if I wasn't in severe pain. My doctor said that was laughable and I had no such thing and they should have known based on my symptoms alone.
