On Mother's day Tooele floral delivered flowers from my Son to the wrong address ( according to them). Then they lied about what happened and said they had delivered them here. I finally got the flowers the following Monday. They had the right address etc... for delivery I know that because it was on the receipt my Son received for the order. So there was no excuse. It was very upsetting to my Son and although they wrote a very insincere apology to me on a card they stuck in my flowers. My Son who paid for the flowers and who has given them a lot of business over the years recieved nothing but the bill. They did not apologize to him. The whole thing was very upsetting because they led us believe that the flowers had been delivered here so we thought they had been stolen. I am still not sure that the story about delivering them to the wrong address is true because several things do not add up.
