This gym has gotten 10 times better than it was!! They don't let children raise havoc in it anymore. It's a quiet, nice place to work out! The owner is a pretty cool guy he's on hand and available. Listens to your input and is receptive to your thoughts.

Shelton athletic club is my favorite gym I've been to a few and they have amazing service quickly answers phone calls, answers questions personally and are excited to help you get started , I just joined and it's like a big family.

Currently about $50 for month pass, but memberships which require a commitment for up to a year are $45. As far as any other options or promos I don't know, maybe there is a daily rate
I'm to believe it's 24/7 they just don't have anyone there at night
