The people at the pharmacy are helpful and friendly in my experience and the pharmacists have been nothing but kind and courteous. My only problems with them have all been because of the Walmart app and it’s issues but they aren’t often.

Pharmacist is disrespectful and unprofessional. I was picking up my thyroid medication and was in extreme pain from an accident earlier in the day. Seeing that I was in pain, she visited with the older couple in front of me for almost 45 minutes (42 minutes 36 seconds ... I set the timer only after she made a face at me, acknowledging my pain so it was actually several minutes longer). When she saw the medicine she apologized and said, "I thought you were just here for pain medicine." Yeah, I won't be filling with her, or Walmart, anymore. Freddy's has a drive through and cheaper prices - Go there!

Never have I ever gotten a script filled at this pharmacy without extended waits (and I mean DAYS past promised fill times) and/or drama. They don't communicate with you when there's a problem, so I've run out of meds waiting for the pharmacy, even though I call in a week ahead. Just once I would like to call in a refill and just pick it up, easily and quickly, two days later. That doesn't happen here.

My wife and I shop here all the time, but not so much since the pharmacy screwed up on my wife's chronic pain meds. We always turn the paper prescription a week early to make sure all goes well. Twice now they have ran out of her meds and she has been in terrible pain for days waiting for them. As I said, the prescriptions were turned in a week early, and the fault lies entirely with the pharmacy. We are now shopping for a good lawyer......
