Absolutely the worst customer service. They gave our reservation away by mistake and offered no compensation or alternative. They were sold out of everything. I was relying on that vehicle for work and family. I’m sorry but Chick-fil-A has better customer service.

Yes they do sale their cars once they reach a certain number of miles. You can call and ask them and they will tell you where their lot is located.

Yes, you are able to drop off vehicle at another location or airport, but an additional fee is involved because their inventory will change and they'll eventually need to retrieve. Given the convinience factor paying the fee which is reasonable was worth it.
